Included services

Price includes our rich breakfast buffet and daily use of the sauna and steam bath, bathrobes and sauna slippers. Our rooms are equipped with a flat screen TVs, cable, Sky TV and free WiFi, as well as a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. In the categories Comfort, Superior and in the family rooms, the bathroom and toilet are separate. One room with a bathtub is available in each of these categories.

You are welcome to book double rooms for single use. Surcharge in the standard and comfort room €20 and in the superior room €30.

For all guests who are used to a special pillow at home, we provide neck support pillows and stone pine pillows as a special service. Cribs and child beds are available for small children.

Allergies, special needs & intolerances

Our rooms have wooden floors and are therefore suitable for guests with allergies. If you are allergic to duvet feathers, we will exchange them for featherless duvets and pillows. Please inform us before your arrival.
The first floor is accessible via a stair lift. All rooms on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible.
In order to be able to take any food intolerances into account as much as possible, we ask you to let us know when you make your reservation.

No dogs allowed in the restaurant.

In Summer

the Lungau Card is included for the duration of your stay. This gives you free or discounted access to many sights and activities in the region.
If you would like to enjoy our half-board – a 4-course menu of your choice – the surcharge is 25 euros per person and day (for 1-2 nights 30 euros).
Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked in our garage free of charge.

In Winter

our ski room is available for storing skis and snowboards, as well as a heated ski boot rack. Use of the table football and billiard table in the ski room is free.
If you would like to enjoy our half-board – a 5-course menu of your choice – the surcharge is € 35,– per person and day (for 1-2 nights € 40,–.)
On request, we are happy to organize your ski pass. This will get you straight to the ski slopes without delay!
Buses to the surrounding ski resorts (Großeck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, Katschberg-Aineck and Obertauern) stop right outside our front door and are free with a valid ski pass.

The included “Winterbonuscard” offers additional services for free or at a reduced rate.

Cancellation

If a booking is canceled up to 3 months before the arrival date, there is no cancellation fee. In case of cancellation 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40 %. If you cancel less than 1 month up to 1 month before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 %. In the last week before arrival the cancellation fee is 90 %.
