Snow is guaranteed in wintertimes. If you prefer to stay of the mountains you will find great pleasure in discovering the Lungau region through the
spacious cross-country-ski runs. Thereby you will see the great winter landscape with your choosen speed. Recommended both for explorers with camera and athlets.

| The geological formation of the lungau tableland reminds on a bowl with mauterndorf in its center. Assuming this you are able to enter the out of center
running valleys. The borders of the lungau are all guarded by big mountains which a designatet to ascend them by touring ski. Here you find a small survey on the possible
